The Breaking Hundred Circle supports senior ethnic minority women as they step into executive leadership, board-level roles and purpose-led business growth through mentoring, masterclasses and a powerful professional community. Rachel contributes her experience as the founder of Tiny Box Company, mentoring women directly and delivering honest, practical talks on entrepreneurship, leadership and building a business with purpose. Her role is to help participants think bigger, navigate the realities of growth and turn their ambitions into confident, achievable action.

La Pouponnière de Mbour in Senegal

La Pouponnière de Mbour in Senegal provides a safe and nurturing home for babies and children who have lost their mothers or whose families are unable to care for them. From newborns needing specialist care to older children and teenagers who cannot safely return home, the charity provides shelter, food, healthcare, education and long-term support, while working wherever possible to reunite children with their families.

Rachel supported their work and made a donation towards essential supplies, helping the team continue providing the everyday care, protection and stability these children need.

CAUDWELL CHRILDREN

Something close to Rachel.

The topic resonated deeply with Rachel because of the many young people in her life, so much so she recently gave £10,000 to the charity. She cannot imagine what it would be like for a child to grow up without the support they need, nor can she imagine the challenges parents face when navigating a day-to-day life that differs from most families without the right support in place. The importance of having a strong community and a network of understanding is something she feels every child and family should have access to, making this cause particularly meaningful to her.

Tiny Difference

Tiny Difference was founded on the belief that small, conscious choices can create a meaningful change. The company began as an ethical jewellery brand, producing Fairtrade jewellery while ensuring that the people involved in making the products were treated fairly and paid properly. However, Rachel quickly discovered that sustainable, ethically made packaging was almost impossible for small businesses to source. This challenge led Rachel to create what became Tiny Box Company, providing environmentally responsible packaging to businesses of all sizes.

The name "Tiny Difference" reflects the company's philosophy: while one person alone may not change the world, millions of people making small, responsible decisions every day can have a significant collective impact. By choosing ethical materials, supporting fair trade, and reducing environmental harm, the company aimed to show that every purchase is an opportunity to make a positive difference.

Beach Clean

In aid of Great British Beach Clean Week Tiny Box Company organised a clean up operation with a twist at Brighton Beach.

To raise awareness about marine plastic pollution, Tiny Box Company, declared war on waste, backed by our friends at the Whale and Dolphin Conservation, Marine Conservation Society, and Surfers Against Sewage, Brighton.

Team ‘Big Fish’ and Team ‘Little Fish’ competed for the title of ‘Best Litter Pickers’ as a collective group representing ethical cardboard gift packaging company, Tiny Box Company.

Both teams brought in a huge amount of litter, team Little Fish were the winners of the day bringing in 28lb of waste, however, team Big Fish wasn’t far behind with 26lb, giving us a grand total of 55lb (26kg) of litter collected in the 2 hours of beach cleaning.

134 metal bottle caps
